Where to being a schedule and whose schedule is it anyway?
I have come to understand of the last 3 and half years that it is my chronic pain’s schedule and one false move and it becomes a huge mess!
I have come to understand it is important to make people in my life aware that my chronic pain has it’s own schedule… with simple check ins with my family, friends and other that interact in my life!
